How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can for weddings and events, where the car is held for your date. Airport transfers and business travel can usually be arranged at shorter notice.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Flight times are monitored and the pickup moves with the arrival. Your chauffeur waits rather than leaving you to rebook.

How much luggage can I bring?

Capacity depends on the vehicle. Tell us the number of passengers and cases when you enquire and we will put you in the right car.

Can I cancel or change a booking?

Changes can usually be made up to the cancellation window for your booking. The terms are confirmed in writing when you book.

Do you cover journeys outside your usual area?

Yes. Long-distance and nationwide travel is arranged regularly. Send us the route and we will quote it.

How do I pay?

Payment methods are confirmed with your quote. Account customers are invoiced monthly.
